1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
I’m so grateful for my solid educational background. My dad was actually my elementary school principal, and my mom was my high school guidance counselor. They made education a priority, and I developed a lifelong love of learning. Being curious and open to new ideas and knowledge led me to combine my finance degree with an esthetic license and start a business as the owner of the first mobile beauty spa in Ohio.

2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
I wish I could slow down time. But what I can realistically do is make sure my family has the best chance of living long lives by taking care of our health. It’s why I’m so passionate about bringing visibility to cardiovascular disease. My husband and I have both undergone preventative heart health screenings, and we know our risk factors. We’re protecting our hearts so we can have many more happy, healthy years together.

3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
I’m never happier than when I’m surrounded by family. My husband, parents, and sister are my best friends and we have the funniest group text messages. I have six beautiful nieces, and being their Auntie is one of the greatest joys in my life. Mike’s sister and her family are in England, so we keep in touch via Facetime and visit as often as possible. Nothing feels better than being with people who love you.

4.What is the most random fact you know?
During the 2008 recession, I lost my job as a junior executive at Victoria’s Secret after 15 years at the corporate office. I was devastated, but took a hard look at my career and realized I wasn’t doing work that lit a fire in me. Making other women feel beautiful from the inside out is what I’m passionate about, and today I own an esthetic spa business and have a new, fulfilling career!

5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
I love the sound of our hobby farm as it wakes up every morning. I don’t need an alarm clock, because my tiny bantam rooster, Boom, has a not-so-tiny cock-a-doodle-do. Soon after that, my horses will start nickering that it’s breakfast time. We moved to the country 10 years ago with a dream of living a rural life, and it’s felt…and sounded…like heaven ever since.
